We look forward to sharing our Hawaii with you and remain informed so that we are prepared to address your concerns. As the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility.

Aloha Vibes Tour Guidelines follow the procedures set by the (CDC) Center for Disease Control and Prevention by routinely cleaning all our vehicles with enhanced sanitizing spray disinfectant throughout our vehicles, including touch points such as handrails, driver areas, and poles.   • Latest Covid19 Updates (03/26/2022).


    Starting March 26, domestic travelers entering Hawaii no longer need to show proof of vaccination/negative test or register with Safe Travels.

    NOTICE: At the end of the day, March 25, 2022, the Safe Travels Hawaii program will conclude. Beginning March 26, 2022, there will be no COVID-related requirements for arriving domestic passengers. Indoor mask mandate will remain in place statewide. Travelers arriving in Hawaii directly from international airports must still comply with U.S. federal requirements; consult with your airline.

Safety Protocol

Aloha Vibes Tour has created guidelines designed to slowly and safely start our tour business. We have missed our guests but keeping our employees and guests safe, is and will always be, our core value.

The guideline meets and is a combination of federal, state and local regulations. With shared responsibility, we will together be able to welcome our visitors back to Hawaii by doing our part.

Face Coverings

Drivers will be wearing face masks when interacting with guests.

Guests are required to wear face masks that cover the mouth and nose. Young children unable to keep their face masks on or guests with a medical condition that prohibits the use of a face mask, will be exempt from the face mask policy.

Hand Sanitizers
On each vehicle, Aloha Vibes Tour has provided hand sanitizers readily available for all guests and we encourage all guests to use it.
Contact Tracing
Each guest will be required to provide First and Last name, email, cell phone number. Minors may use their guardian’s information.
Passenger Responsibility - Boarding Vehicle

Prior to vehicle arriving, guests should social distance using CDC guidelines of 6’ while waiting for the vehicle. Do not congregate in crowds.

Drivers will call out names as Aloha vibes Tours understands guests will be spread out. As guests’ names are called out, the guest may approach the driver WITH FACE MASK ON to check in and board the vehicle.

Temperature Checks are mandatory prior to boarding. If a guest has a high temperature, it is a mandatory removal from the tour.

Boarding will be done from front and seat assignments will be provided by the driver.

Billing will be done on reservations booked. Reminder cancellations over the phone must be followed with an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., following the cancellation policy to avoid any cancel fees.

No Mask. No Service.

The first-row seats will not be available to protect the driver (If we need a bus).

Temperature Check

Should a guest show a fever (100.4+ degrees), the driver will advise guests to go back to their lodging property, self-isolate, and follow CDC guidelines.

Guests that present a fever will not be able to go on the tour and will be required to contact us via email for further information about credits and rescheduling the tour.

Aboard Vehicle

Face Masks are mandatory throughout time on vehicle and if in close proximation with other guests outside of the vehicle.

Gloves are optional.

The same seat on the vehicle will be the guests' seat throughout the transfer or tour. There is no changing of seats or moving to an unopened seat.

Unused seats are there to follow CDC’s 6’ guideline of social distancing.

Employee/Company Responsibility - Disinfecting High Touch Areas
Driver, at least twice a day, will clean using EPA approved wipes or cleaning sprays with paper towels on all high touch areas such as handle rails and arm rests as well as drivers’ own seating area
The 10-point Cleaning Areas

Entrance door surfaces.

All handrails and touch surfaces used for entering and exiting vehicle.

Driver area including steering wheel and all driver controls in cockpit area.

Overhead handrails, parcel racks, and parcel rack handle.

Microphones.

All seat headrests, armrests and seat belts, and reclining levers.

Passenger seating area controls.

Seat backs.

Restroom door handles inside and out, if applicable.

All Surface areas within Restroom, if applicable.

Enhanced Sanitation
Nightly, the cleaning crew thoroughly cleans the vehicle by using EPA approved disinfectant, for hard surfaces and all high touch areas. Mandatory masks and gloves are required when cleaning.

The entire interior surface of stainruell including driver compartment hatch.

Driver controls in the cockpit area.

Driver headrest.

Microphones and AV outlets in TD seat, if applicable.

Upper handrails.

Parcel racks and parcel rack handles.

Seat armrests.

Headrests.

Recliner levers.

Seat bottoms.

All seat fabric.

All seat belt buckles/latches.

Overhead Seat Light Switches and Directional Air Vents.

Lavatory door handles inside and out, if applicable.

Toilet seat, if applicable.

Lavatory shelf, if applicable.

Lavatory hand sanitizer container, if applicable.

The Exterior luggage door handles engine bay access, if applicable.

Engine/Mechanical access doors and handles.

Window ledges.

Pulls on all blinds.

Emergency roof hatch surfaces, if applicable.

Emergency window exit levers, if applicable.

The entire floor of the vehicle.

All interior glass windows.

First Aid Kit.

Fire Extinguishers.

HVAC Filters – exterior.

HVAC Filters – interior.

Hygiene

Washing your hands with soap and water decreases the risk of transmission. Drivers are strongly encouraged to wash their hands at each restroom stop.

When soap and water is not available, Aloha Vibes Tour has provided hand sanitizers.

Avoid touching face, eyes, nose or mouth.

Promote Health Screening

Employees will be required to take temperature checks prior to work shift. Those that show a fever (100.4+ degrees) must stay home.
